The Breakwave Dry Bulk Shipping ETF (BDRY) finished this week up by 7% due primarily as capesize FFA values increased further. The price of the ETF is approaching its all-time high of $30.20. In the spot market, capesize freight rates jumped by 26% even as spot iron ore prices declined by 14%. The capesize market continues to fare very well despite the drop in iron ore prices. Miners still very much want to sell iron ore at current prices, and demand for vessels is far exceeding available supply of vessels.

Uzeo sam za vrijednost brodova mitkove/statusquo iznose koje su objavljivali sa danom 21.07. i postavio matematiku da vidim koliko vrijedi dionica ako se uzmu u obzir samo brodovi i novac te oduzmu dugoročne i kratkoročne obveze ( drugi kvartal).
Brodovi 1.332.380.000 + novac 46.907.903.303 = 1.379.287.303 kn
DO 721.845.662 + KO 95.350.784 = 817.196.146
Razlika - 657.441.641 kn / broj dionica 1.395.520 = 471,11 kn po dionici
Vidim da si uzeo sve obveze iz konsolidiranog FI, a da li si uzeo i vrijednost ostale noncore imovine? Nekretnine, kompanije etc Koliko to mil $ može cca vrijediti?
