Market: With Chinese New Year, which typically marks the seasonal low, firmly in our rear-view mirror, we have already seen positive signs in the market over the past couple of weeks as both FFAs, spot, and TC rates have seen gains. We also believe asset values found a floor a few weeks back, as expected. With very limited supply growth over the next 2-3 years combined with healthy demand for freight, we see demand growth outpacing supply growth in the dry bulk space from 2H23E. We forecast a new cyclical peak in 2H25E and see Capesize asset values potentially climb 28% over the next two years.

Riječki »3. maj« ostao je izvan kruga prijavljenih za posao na izgradnji tri Jadrolinijina putnička broda na elektropogon. Ipak, i pored tog projekta obnove i »ozelenjivanja« flote nacionalnog putničkog brodara nije isključeno da će se u ovom brodogradilištu, bude li sreće junačke, krenuti u gradnju velikog trajekta na elektropogon.
