Nadzorni odbor je 20. svibnja 2022. godine dao suglasnost za zaključenje ugovora s HEP
Opskrba d.o.o. o kupoprodaji električne energije za potrebe Društva za razdoblje od 1. lipnja 2022. do
31. svibnja 2023. godine. U vrijeme značajnog poskupljenja energenata (električne energije preko
300%) te posljedično i ostalih osnovnih roba i usluga bitnih za redovno poslovanje Društva kao i
izostanka sigurnosti u daljnjoj redovnoj isporuci energenata i potencijalnom riziku daljnjeg poskupljenja,
navedenim pravnim poslom Valamar u narednom periodu od godinu dana osigurava zajamčenu
isporuku i cijenu, čime će rast troška električne energije po KWh biti ograničen na 220% u odnosu na
