Svi smo svjesni situacije na tržištu i činjenice da plaće na Tankerskoj moraju rasti, ukoliko žele zadržati hrvatske pomorce, a to je definitivno njihova misija i to žele u budućnosti nastaviti raditi. Detalje još ne možemo definirati, ali od 1. srpnja će definitivno svim hrvatskim časnicima na Tankerskoj plovidbi plaće ići gore za nekih 15 posto, potvrdio nam je Melvan.
